PARIS PART 2: After seeing the pyramid, I walked through Tuileries to the Place de la Concorde, where charmingly, Louis XVI's head was chopped offThe obelisk in the Place de la Concorde, which was originally in the Temple of Ramses at Thebes
A policeman directing traffic on the Champs-Elysées; I had no idea they still did this!
One thing I love about France is that they care about how things look: even roundabouts are covered in beautiful flowers. There are flowers everywhere and it makes everything look so nice
The Arc de Triomph and one crazy intersection
Me. What did I do next? My favourite activity of course, I climbed to the top of the Arc! Not a tower as such but close enough
Two of the twelve avenues radiating out from the Arc de Triomph
The view of the Eiffel Tower from the top of the Arc de Triomph
Looking along the Champs-Elysées. No Lance though
Another view
Looking up underneath the Arc; it's quite a beautiful monument
